Shipping & Returns

Australian Shipping Times:

Products direct from manufacture have different shipping times from products that are within Australia. Please read product description which states where your product is shipped from. 

  • Products Direct From Manufacture: DHL Courier 5-7 working days.
  • Products Direct From Manufacture: ePacket Shipping. 8-15 working days.
  • Products Within Australia: Australia Post 2-3 working days*.
  • Products Within Australia: Express Post next day delivery*.

International Shipping Times:

Products direct from manufacture have different shipping times from products that are within Australia. Please read product description which states where your product is shipped from. 

  • Products Direct From Manufacture: DHL Courier 5-7 working days.
  • Products Direct From Manufacture: ePacket Shipping. 8-15 working days.
  • International Australia Post: 5-10 working days. 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info @ bamboowatches.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    Returns & Exchanges:

    If you feel that you want to return or exchange your purchased product, firstly ask yourself if this is the smartest decision you have ever made. We believe our watches and sunglasses are a huge asset to you and will only improve your quality of life.


    However we sincerely want you to be 100% happy with your watch or sunglasses and wear them with pride. If you decide you don’t like your watch or sunglasses or are getting tired of all the awesome compliments you get when wearing them, then just send us an email and we’ll hook you up with our return/exchange instructions and we will either send you another awesome product or give you a full refund.

    There are just few crucial points to keep in mind when returning or exchanging your item/s.

    • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your watch or sunglasses.
    • Your watch or sunglasses haven’t been worn or altered (links removed), are undamaged and in its complete, original packaging.
    • Please include a copy of your purchase order so we know where to send your refund.
    • Bamboo Watches Australia does not cover the cost of postage for returns or exchanges.
