For some of our watches, we are able to engrave short, custom messages on the back of the case. Keep an eye out for the "Engraved" option on the product page!

These timepieces make excellent gifts for family, friends and colleagues. Please note that any engraving will look best if the text is less than 40 characters. 

Yes, all our watches can be resized by removing links. We ship a link remover with each product. That said, the process can be delicate, so we recommend that you take your Bamboo to a local jeweler for your custom fit.

Yes. Every Bamboo comes with a one-year warranty. Please reach to our support team for more details or to file a warranty claim.

Shipping & Returns

We offer free express shipping internationally. Depending on your location, we may use various shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post. Express international shipping generally takes 3-7 business days once an order has been processed. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order as soon as it ships!

Please note that most orders are typically delivered in 10-15 business days due to time required for processing, shipping, and custom engraving. So if you're buying a gift for a holiday or special occasion, please place your order early to make sure it arrives on time!

The short answer: it depends! There is usually a short window between when we receive your order and when we process it. If we hear from you before the order is processed, we will happily accommodate your cancellation or change request. Please reach out to our customer support team using our contact form to submit your request.

Please note that we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Your Bamboo may be returned or exchanged up to 45 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
